This small identification plate was fitted on the T1, Beetle, and Karmann Ghia in 1965 and indicated where the vehicle was built. The plate is quite aus, but essential for original restorations if you want to be truly complete. Put it back in the same place and you'll have an authentic detail again that can be seen by inspectors from the inside. Combine this with the other plates from the same period for a complete workshop build.
