VW T2, Beetle | Plate B 1977
This plate B from 1977 is located behind the dashboard of your T2 and Beetle and, together with plate A, controls the electromagnetic operation of the heating system. It is a common replacement part because after years, the contacts oxidize, causing the heating to no longer respond properly. You can quickly recognize problems: if your heater slider no longer works smoothly or the heater turns on unpredictably, this part is usually the culprit. Combine this with plate A, and you'll have both parts of the heating system in place.
