The fuel sender in your tank ensures that your fuel gauge works reliably. This is the original mechanical sender for T1 and Karmann Ghias - OEM number 113 919 049C - which you mount directly into the fuel pump. After decades in the tank - the float can rust or crack - making your gauge reading unreliable. Combine this sender with a new fuel pump or filters for a complete fuel system.
