The fuel sender unit transmits the fuel level to your dashboard - so you know exactly where you stand before running out of gas. This replacement part (251 919 051E) fits in T3 tanks and works reliably without the hassle of recalibrations. If your fuel sender unit is stuck or giving erratic readings - replacement is usually quicker than repair. We recommend combining this with a new fuel tank seal for a properly functioning fuel supply system.
