The electric fuel tank sender sends the correct signals to your fuel gauge - so you always know how much fuel is left in the tank. This replacement part (OEM 211 919 051) fits T2a and T2b models and is of the same quality as originally supplied by Volkswagen. Over the years - the float can become stiff or corroded - leading to unreliable gauge readings. Combine this with a new tank gauge sender for a completely working measurement system.
