These rubbers prevent your fuel tank from resting directly on the frame and protect both from vibrations and corrosion. On a T3, there are four of these pads under the tank, and after years, they usually harden or crack. The original VW numbers are 251 201 525, so make sure you have four of them in stock. Combine this with a new fuel cap or the correct hoses if you're already working on it.
