This fuel tap (111 209 021D/E/F) regulates the fuel supply to your carburetor and is located between the tank and the engine. Its 6 mm connection fits the original lines of your Beetle and T1. After decades - it's better to replace it - especially if it's dripping or no longer sealing properly. Combine this part with new fuel hoses and a clean carburetor for a reliable start.
