This mounting base sits between your mirror arm and the door panel - ensuring your mirror stays firmly in place. Without this part - your mirror would hang loosely from the mounting bracket - so it's essential for a complete mirror installation. Fits T1 - T2a - T2b - Type 3 - Type 181 - and Type 4. Combine this with a new mirror arm and mounting bracket for a complete renewal.
