This door check strap prevents your doors from opening too far and protects the hinge from overloading. It's a simple but effective part that wears out after years of use for many T1 owners and then needs to be replaced. This set includes both sides and is OEM quality 111 818 339A. Combine this with new door seals for a completely restored door mechanism.
