You actually need two sets here: one for the right front and one for the left rear. Both numbers 211 841 661B and 211 841 665B work together with the basic lock 211 841 605D. Perfect replacement if your current lock shows wear or no longer opens smoothly. Combine this with new door hinges if they also have some play.
