This chrome hatch lock is located on the back of your T2 and ensures that the tailgate remains securely closed. After years, the original lock (OEM 211 829 231 S) often becomes difficult to open and close or even gets damaged by rust. This replacement lock has the same fitting and keeps your cargo safely in place. Combine this with new door seals for a fully restored rear closure.
