This lock cover protects the lock mechanism of your side sliding door from dirt and moisture - a detail many T1 drivers forget until the lock starts rattling. The original numbers 211 841 253 and 221 841 635 were supply-dependent - so both fit universally on T1 models with side doors. Easily removed and installed - and a good investment if your door has some years on it. Combine this with a new door lock set for complete maintenance.
