This spring plate (115 875 571) is located on the side strap of your folding roof and ensures that the canvas remains properly tensioned. Over the years - they can weaken or break - causing your roof to rattle or no longer close properly. This is an original part that you can replace individually without having to disassemble the entire mechanism. Combine this with new fabric strips if you are working on the roof anyway.
