This push rod connects your brake pedal directly to the brake master cylinder on non-servo systems and is crucial for direct and reliable braking. On the T2a and T2b, this rod gradually wears out, causing noticeable play in the brake pedal. The replacement part (211 721 205) is no longer available, so this replacement part will restore that direct brake pedal feel. Combine this with a new master cylinder and brake hoses for a completely restored braking system.
