This rubber support is located under the tailgate and ensures that your tailgate opens smoothly and doesn't slam shut in your face. Over the years - this rubber hardens and cracks - resulting in a clumsy tailgate. For T2a and T2b models (OEM 211 805 189). Combine this with new hinges and your tailgate will feel like new again.
