These rubber seals ensure that the bottom of your rear fender fits snugly against the wheel arch - keeping water and dirt out. The set contains a pair according to OEM 311 821 331C - exactly as VW delivered them at the time. After decades - these rubbers rot and start to leak - so replacement is recommended if you want to keep your Type 3 dry. Combine this with new door rubbers and windshield seals for a completely restored waterproofing.
